1. About EggTrust

EggTrust is an independently operated digital platform that facilitates cryptocurrency transactions between users.

EggTrust is:

• not a registered financial institution
• not licensed by any government authority
• not a bank or money transmitter
• not an investment platform

EggTrust operates independently without governmental or regulatory supervision.

2. Platform Purpose

EggTrust provides tools that enable users to safely conduct cryptocurrency transactions on the internet through:

• escrow / middleman protection
• cryptocurrency swaps
• peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto exchange
• fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat exchange via authorized exchangers

EggTrust exists solely to facilitate transactions, not to participate in them.

3. Platform Access

• The EggTrust website is informational only.
• All operational services are provided through the official EggTrust Discord bot.
• Users do not create platform accounts.
• A valid Discord account is required to access services.
• EggTrust does not provide APIs or automated trading access.

4. Role of EggTrust

EggTrust acts only as a neutral intermediary.

EggTrust:

• does not buy or sell cryptocurrency
• does not act as a counterparty
• does not trade against users
• does not guarantee trade success

All agreements and transactions occur directly between users.

5. Escrow / Middleman Services

5.1 Escrow Function

When escrow is used:

• a temporary wallet address is generated;
• funds are held under conditional platform control;
• funds remain locked until escrow conditions are met.

Escrow is designed to protect both buyer and seller.

5.2 Automated Release

Funds are released automatically once both parties confirm trade completion. Once released, transactions are irreversible.

5.3 Manual Intervention

EggTrust may intervene only if a dispute is opened or one party reports an issue. EggTrust does not hold funds longer than necessary.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes are reviewed by the EggTrust admin team.
• Evidence may be requested from all parties.
• Decisions are made based on platform rules and available proof.
• All dispute decisions are final and binding.
• EggTrust is not obligated to provide appeals.

7. Cryptocurrency Swap Services

EggTrust provides swap functionality through third-party liquidity providers. Users acknowledge:

• exchange rates fluctuate constantly;
• displayed prices are estimates;
• third-party fees apply;
• blockchain fees apply;
• transactions are irreversible.

EggTrust does not control market prices.

8. Peer-to-Peer Exchange

All exchange transactions are peer-to-peer. EggTrust:

• does not set prices
• does not provide liquidity
• does not guarantee availability
• does not act as a market maker

EggTrust only facilitates the exchange environment.

9. Authorized Exchanger Program

EggTrust operates an Authorized Exchanger Program. Exchangers:

• are manually selected and approved;
• operate independently;
• are required to deposit a security fee.

Exchangers are not employees of EggTrust.

9.1 Security Fee

The security fee functions as collateral to protect users from exchanger misconduct. It may be frozen or confiscated for violations. Security fees are withdrawable only after administrative approval.

9.2 Exchange Limits

Each exchanger has a visible maximum exchange limit. Example: $10 security fee → maximum $5 per transaction. Exchangers may not claim tickets above their assigned limit. Transactions exceeding limits must use EggTrust escrow.

10. Refund Policy for Exchange Transactions

A refund may be issued only if:

• the transaction occurred inside the official EggTrust Discord server;
• the trade used an official ticket channel;
• the exchanger was authorized at the time;
• sufficient evidence of misconduct exists.

Refunds are issued only up to the exchanger’s security fee.

12. Prohibited Activities

EggTrust may not be used for illegal activities including but not limited to drugs, weapons, child exploitation content, stolen assets, fraud, or transacting with sanctioned persons. Violation results in immediate suspension.

13. Fees

• Platform fees are currently 0%.
• Users pay only blockchain network fees.
• Swap transactions include third-party fees.
• Exchange fees vary by payment method.

All fees are non-refundable once processed.

14. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values fluctuate, transactions are irreversible, and third-party failures may occur. Use of EggTrust is entirely at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EggTrust shall not be liable for loss of funds, market losses, failed trades, or user error. EggTrust’s maximum liability is limited to available exchanger security deposits, if applicable.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EggTrust from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, disputes with other users, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

17. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, and software are the exclusive property of EggTrust. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

18. Changes to Terms

EggTrust may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

Governing jurisdiction has not yet been determined and will be updated when applicable.
