Do I need to register an account?

No registration required! EggTrust integrates directly with Discord. Your Discord ID is your account identity, meaning you can start trading immediately without filling out forms or managing new passwords.

Is EggTrust available globally?

Yes, we are a global, decentralized infrastructure. As long as cryptocurrency trading is legal in your region, you can use our automated escrow and exchange services from anywhere in the world.

Payments & Fees

What are the fees?

The EggTrust platform is free to use (0% fees) for standard escrow deals. We believe safety shouldn't have a paywall. Network gas fees still apply, and specific Exchangers set their own rates for fiat swaps.

How fast are transactions?

Lightning fast. Our automated bots require only 1-3 block confirmations. For most chains like Solana or Ethereum, this takes seconds to minutes. Bitcoin may take 10-60 minutes depending on network congestion.

Safety & Protection

Am I protected if I get scammed?

If you trade via an official Ticket with a Limit-Protected Exchanger, you are covered up to their deposited security limit.⚠️ Important: Trades conducted in Private Messages (DMs) are never protected. Always trade inside the server tickets.

How do I contact support?

We have a 24/7 support team ready to help. Simply navigate to the #support channel in our Discord and create a ticket. Please do not DM staff members directly for support.
