Security Bond & Collateral
To maintain a high-trust environment, network operators (Exchangers and Middlemen) are required to maintain a security bond.
Refundable Collateral
The security bond is not a fee. It is a refundable deposit held to ensure operator integrity. It is returned upon voluntary offboarding, provided no active disputes or protocol violations exist.
Exemptions
Regular users (Buyers and Sellers) are never required to pay a security bond or collateral to use EggTrust escrow services.

EggTrust utilizes a decentralized Price Oracle system to establish platform-wide global rates for all fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-crypto exchanges. This ensures fair pricing and eliminates rate manipulation by individual service providers.
